CHINA: Running political dogs

In China, Paul Simon is frustrated. My bad advice: Try "Here in China we have "running dogs" (zou gou), aka "slavish toadies to foreign bullies" There is an impressive dictionary out there somewhere of all the official campaign and propaganda phrases used in the Mainland, but it has been out of stock every time this "Big nosed foreign devil" has tried to order it". This came in response to the posting on dogs in Texas and in US politics. As for the latter, no one has explained "yellow dogs" and "blue dogs" (or is it blue tooth?). They too are running dogs--running for office. An English dog would stand for office, presumably on its read paws. That's a good dog.
