Tim Brown likes Murdoch: " it's clear from the reams of tabloid quality anti-Bush propaganda WAISers have been reading that between the left liberals and the media moguls, those most actively and dangerously manipulating the news are the Lefties not the Moguls. The Lefties are not just selecting the news that will sell the most newspapers, they're fabricating their evidence and distorting the sell their ideological projects. If I must choose, which I'd rather not, between the two I'll take Murdoch" RH: There are some serious, highly qualified people whose criticism of Bush cannot be dismissed as "reams of tabloid anti-Bush propaganda. To call them lefties is like calling his supporters Nazis. The issue is that a variety of opinions should be expressed, and that there should be no near monopoly of the left or the right.
