MEXICO: A PRI Supporter
"While Linda Nyquist might know a few Mexicans with such a low degree of
schooling, I believe that the Mexican average is a little under 6 years
(not 1 to 3 as she says). Her point however, remains valid. Six years of
schooling are hardly enough for a "grown" person to make informed
decisions, if for no other reason than that his/her ability to distinguish
true information from manipulation or misinformation is much more limited.
