Religion: Wilson predestined, Bush intended
Daryl DeBell correctly says: I believe that there is a subtle but profound difference between Wilson's 'predestination' comment about God's having predestined that he be President, and Bush's claim that God "intended" that he be President. Predestination claims tha God created the entire time-line along with the universe, and we are all just following the script, while Bush's belief appears to be that, as events play out God sided with him. In the latter case God is partisan, in the former indifferent.
