The Opus Dei: Mexico and Central America
Tim Brown comments:
If anything, Opus Dei is decidedly anti-Communist and on the far right. While they are not Communist either, the Masons seem to me to be far more inclusive of everyone except the extremes. My favorite instance is Nicaraguan, where both rebel General Augusto Cesar Sandino, the namesake [but not ideological father] of the Sandinista Front and his arch-rival who killed him and was later dictator of Nicaragua, General Anastasio Somoza, were both not just Masons but also members of the same lodge.
