Russian capitalism

On the subject of the freezing people of Karelia, Christopher Jones replies to Cameron Sawyer: "So, for Cameron it seems that it is tough luck for the inhabitants of Karelia. In order to build capitalism, they must freeze to death -- and pay the bill for another tyrannical Russian regime's folly. I'd like to see on which side of the barricades he'd be if he had no heat! Just the sort of attitude that gave us the French, Russian, Mexican (the current situation in Russia looks suspiciously albeit superficially like Porfirio Diaz's Mexico) and Cuban revolutions. Will turbo-capitalists never learn? "
