SPAIN: Lorca, Bunuel, Ceuta and Melilla

Stephen Schwartz writes: "García Lorca's politics is mainly an urban legend that no serious scholar of Spanish literature takes seriously. Buñuel's films were works of great genius, but his Stalinist involvement was deplorable. I should think a discussion of them can be kept separate from one involving Blair and Aznar. Gibraltar, Ceuta, and Melilla should be granted independence, guaranteed by NATO, to join Andorra and San Marino as microstates.
