US Foreign Policy: "Rogue States"

Tim Brown disagrees with Miles Seeley:
"The cost of making continual unilateral overtures to regimes that have no interest in constructive relationships can be exceedingly high indeed. Just ask those who paid the price for trying to appease Hitler. As to demonizing, if that is a function of discourse, then the United States is the primary target, not the main culprit. I have spent far too many decades as a professional diplomat ever to believe we alone are to blame for all the world's ills."
