The US Judicial System: Judge Priscilla Owen
Philip Terzian says: "I'm growing a little impatient with the habitual employment of schoolyard invective to describe anyone who isn't a registered Democrat: "Ultra-conservative right-wingers," etc. I can imagine the indignation of John Heelan if were to dismiss him reflexively as an "Ultra-radical left-wing Stalinist," dangerously out of the American mainstream. During the Clinton administration critics were admonished to "get over" the fact that Bush the Elder had lost the 1992 election. I would recommend the same therapy for John Heelan and friends".
