UN Peace Petition

Our good friend and WAISer Rodney Beard circulated an antiwar petition allegedly sponsored by the UN. One of the reasons I did not sign it was that I knew the UN would not sponsor such a petition. It has now been exposed as a hoax, and Rodney apologizes. Not to worry. As usual, his heart was in the right place.
