John Brademas, TV Programs, Conference

     John Brademas has been elected to the Board of WAIS. A posting about his distinguished career was recently sent out. Since he travels widely and constantly, he will serve as WAIS' roving ambassador.
     The second interview with Professor Aldo da Rosa will be broadcast this Saturday, January 29, at 7.00 p.m. on Channel 6 and on Monday, January 31, at 6.05 p.m. on Channel 77. He was a pioneer in the Brazilian Air Force, so his report literally covers a lot of territory. The next interviews will be with Larry Diamond of the Hoover Institution and Nobel laureate Arthur Kornberg.
     A WAIS conference is being planned for July 2001. More later.
