IRAQ WAR: Civilian casualties - one incident

From the UK, George Sassoon writes: "There has been no suggestion of this in any British TV or newspaper reports". RH: I suggest we wait to find out if the explanation is true or propaganda. Fox News is close to the Bush administration.
